Client Support

Central to our business is the formation of strong, long term relationships with our clients. Where possible, we base these relationships on partnerships and alliances.
In these relationships, we work closely with our clients as part of the project team in a fully integrated support role where our success is linked directly to the success of the partnership. In this manner we ensure that the correct level of technical detail is applied to project execution so that technical risks are identified, investigated and mitigated in a timely manner before they affect project schedule or cost.
The usual manner of client support is through involvement in the early FEED stages of a project where areas of technical risk are thoroughly investigated, sometimes through specialist analysis or testing. The outcome of the FEED phase will be a clear ‘road map’ for the detailed design and a comprehensively developed “Design Methodology/Design Basis”. Following this our role will be to verify the detailed engineering; if necessary supplement and assist the design team overcome any unexpected issues exposed in the detailed design and explain clearly to our clients the significance of any project decisions.
